Relaxation
This course will consist of 6 facilitated relaxation sessions for one hour each week only costing £60 for the whole course.
It will be a chance to explore various relaxation techniques within a small group, offering time for discussion and practical application.
There are only limited spaces available so please register your interest by contacting us, stating whether you would prefer a morning or evening course.
Weight Management Coaching Course
Our Weight management course consists of a 12 week programme, with facilitated sessions for one hour each week costing only £6 per week or £70 for the whole course if paid in full on week one.
It will be a chance to work within a small supportive group, to gain understanding about the foods you eat, get informed about what changes can be made to reach your goal and commit to making choices that WILL lead to you achieving your goals.

Couples Learn to massage course-
3 hour session for £150 per couple
Availble to one couple at a time- on this course you will be shown how to do the various movements and then taught to apply them to each other
- Massage is great for reducing physical and emotional stress and built up body tension.
- The process of working together to learn massage will help you connect with each other using communication and expression.
- Regular couples massage will promote a deeper connection.
This can be combined with other treatments and pamper packages to make a truly unique experience
