Life Coaching
Life coaching is a future-focused practice with the aim of helping you determine and achieve personal goals. Coaching is like having your own personal cheerleader, cheering you on to success.
Counselling
All of us can experience times in our lives when we may feel overwhelmed or are struggling to know where to turn, counselling offers you a safe and confidential space to discuss whatever concerns you may have.
You would usually meet with your counsellor for one hour each week, where your counsellor will listen and try to understand what is going on for you. Although your counsellor cannot make decisions for you, they are there to support and encourage you to make the changes you want.
Weight Management Coaching Course
Our first Weight management course will consist of 6 facilitated sessions for one hour each week only costing £60 for the whole course.
It will be a chance to work within a small supportive group, to gain understanding about the foods you eat, get informed about what changes can be made to reach your goal and commit to making choices that WILL lead to you achieving your goals.
The evening Course will commence on Thursday 13th January at 7.00pm
The morning course will commence on Friday 14th January at 7.30am
