No Smoking Day

No Smoking Day is celebrated with national events on 9th March and is a day for smoker who wish to quit. Its not a day to pressure smokers into quiting but a day to celebrate and support those who wish to quit in being successful.

A question for you? Have you ever wondered how the people you admire for achieving the things the things you are "trying" for have done it ?

-  I would suggest they stopped trying and started doing- they planned to succeed - they focused on the goal and the action that needed to be taken to get that goal. If you are taking the step today to succeed with quitting smoking or some other life change why not contact Sarah at Willow and ask about Coaching.
