Healing starts at Willow...

When and Where?

From 20th June, Cathy is offering 1/2 hour healing sessions on a Monday here at Willow Well-being.

No need to book an appointment, just drop in between 11am-1pm.

Who With?

Cathy is a member of the Healing Trust, fully accredited and insured. She works in two drop-in centres, treats a limited number of clients at home, and has also given Healing sessions to patients in hospital, particularly those with cancer.

Why at Willow?

The disadvantge with most Healing Drop-in Centres is that sessions take place in a large room with other healers and clients coming and going. This can be distracting.

At Willow Well-being the sessions will be purely one-to-one in a quiet, peaceful room. For this comfortable privacy and to cover overheads: a donation of £10 is suggested.

What is Healing?

Healing is a holistic complementary therapy that promotes self healing by relaxing the body, releasing tensions and strengthening the body's own immune system. Benefits can be felt on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, and can often be unexpected and profound. Healing can help reduce pain and stress, and "recharge your batteries" for general well-being

An event of Interest by Cathy

As a practising healer member of The Healing Trust, last May for my mandatatory CPD course, (Continuous Professional Development), I attended a Matthew Manning workshop in London. I was so impressed that I invited him to come to South Devon! Matthew very kindly agreed to this, offering a whole weekend healing event in October.

The Healing Circles were an exceptionally powerful experience, especially as I had found such a perfect venue. Since the event there have been numerous requests for Matthew to come here again so we feel sure June 3rd will be as successful.

The spectacular and atmospheric “Angel Hall”  is the perfect venue and at lunch-time those staying for both Circles can enjoy the beautiful surrounding grounds.
Regrettably at the present time Bowden House is unable to offer facilities for wheelchair users.
Healing Circle times are 11:00am-12:30pm and 2:00-3.30pm
£25 per person per circleLunch is available at £4,50 (Hearty Soup, bread and salad, all freshly made with locally sourced ingredients.)
